How long will it take to build my home at The Residences at Boynton Meadows?
After you have signed your P&S and have made all your home selections, it takes about 20 weeks to deliver your home if foundation has not yet been poured. If foundation has been poured timeline will be less. See Sales Director for more precise delivery timeline based on current stage of your new home construction.

How many homes in total will there be?
3 Flats located in the Mixed Use Building at 134 Main Street and 15 Townhomes behind 134 Main Street.

What are the HOA (Homeowner's Association) fees?
Depends on size of your home ranging from high $300's to low $400's.

Yes, there are many included features to choose from as well as some Available Personal Choice options. Some of the included features are: granite kitchen countertops, first floor tile or hardwood, separate laundry room, stainless appliances, etc.
